@MercedesAMGF1 announce principal partnership with @INEOS, unveils W11 livery. #F1

Mercedes AMG Petronas Motorsport Formula One team announced a five year partnership with global manufacturer INEOS and unveiled it’s 2020 livery on last year’s title-winning F1 W10 EQ Power+ at last night’s launch event in London.

The deal sees INEOS extend its existing performance partnership to become principal partner of the Silver Arrows and increase it’s position in Formula 1.

The updated livery features it’s traditional silver along with turquoise and black with a splash of red as part of its deal with INEOS.

The principal deal is an extension to the performance partnership, which was signed at the end of last year between INEOS and Mercedes-Benz Applied Science.

This partnership extension will strengthen the deal and will see Mercedes-Benz Applied Science working alongside INEOS’ sports division to tackle technological challenges across their sports and improve their performance.

The extended principal deal complements the wider INEOS sporting family which includes the INEOS 1:59 Challenge with Eliud Kipchoge, Britain’s challenger for the 36th Americas Cup – INEOS TEAM UK and Team INEOS, the world’s best cycling team. Ligue 1 football club OGC Nice and Swiss Challenge League outfit Lausanne-Sport.

Mercedes 2020 car, the F1 W11 EQ Power+ will hit the track on Friday in a shakedown at Silverstone before the upcoming pre-season test at the Circuit De Barcelona-Catalunya next week.
